Brand New Home, Room for rent in GILLES PLAINS, South Australia for sale

We've just moved into our brand newly built home in Greenacres and am looking for someone to rent out our third room. The room is a decent size and has a built in robe. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Unfurnished rent is $130/wk or furnished $140/wk. Close to the city, shopping centre and buses within walking distance.
You will be sharing a bathroom with a female so we'd expect you to be clean and tidy! Our house is a pet friendly home as we own 2 small dogs, 2 small cats and a rabbit !!
We would be looking for someone open minded as we are all gay! There are 3 of us that live here (male couple and a female)
Bond is 2 weeks in advance. No set lease at this stage although we would be looking for someone to stay at least 12 months.
All bills will be split evenly including gas, electricity, water, internet
