The house is located in Greenacres about 10 minutes from CBD on a quiet street.
It is a newly built home which is fully furnished and also very secure.
As you can see in the photos the lounge room, kitchen, dining etc are already setup and operational.
The house consists of:
• 3 bedrooms
• 1 bathroom which has a shower/bath/toilet
• Second toilet
• Secure garage for storage (attached to house)
• Large laundry
• Nice outdoor area at the back
• Off street parking at the front.
I have 1 bedroom available for someone to move into.
The other bedroom is used as a storage room (which can be shared)
I’m not a very fussy person so the new housemate can add there little touches to the home where they want within reason.
